I even was awarded an Air Force medal and passed my EOC for my career field. All this happened while I'm in a sexual drought. My next goal is to work on my education.

That’s awful. It’s bullshyt. Long ago I had a similar incident. Denied and pressed on. Most people don’t know this but don’t ever accept an Art 15 unless you know you’re dirty. Lawyer up. If it’s a punkass LOC or LOR (no UIF) then keep it moving. Mf bytchass commander offered me an Art 15 I told him to kiss my ass.
