Was talkin to mutliple broads on 2 diff dating apps prior to leaving the country last saturday. 2 in particular i had my eye on. One liked me on one app so l liked her back and we matched. to get rid of your dad bod, eat a lot of fruits...(those bitter ones) after every meal. and try to eat less food. and drink a lot of water. do pushups, 30 in the morning, 30 in the afternoon, 30 at night.
if u can do these simple steps, u will be amazed at the result.

the most important of all is to eat fruits after a meal (i.e. strawberries). what that will do is force u to sh1t a lot.

make sure u weigh urself every morning (AFTER you've gone to the bathroom and emptied ur bowels)

work out in your home, you kind of have to be active to reduce body fat , yeah your knee hurts but what are you going to do ? look up work outs for your legs so you dont hurt yourself loads online
