I agree, but he seems to be worried how she'll react, since, she is a neighbor....my thinking is he shouldn't GAF about that, especially since she has absolutely nothing to do with keeping a roof over his head.

I don’t know if this has been mentioned before but brehs... invest in your bedding. High thread count sheets, down comforters, pillows. All that. I’ve got a king size pillow top and put a thick pad on top of it as well. These broads can’t wait to lay out and pull their panties off. They all say the same thing, “this is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever been in”. Once they sit on it, game over.

The only down side is getting them to leave haha.
