I date women and this is what I tell them:

"I am not looking for a relationship of any kind. I just want to date, hang out and that's it. I love my personal time."

Then I follow it up with this...

"If you down with that, cool. I have no problem meeting up for drinks and talking. I have to say, please don't think you change me into wanting a relationship. Don't fool yourself into believing that."

That's how straight up I am with them. And it has worked. Some still want to kick it, other's don't. But regardless, they know where I'm coming from.
