If you fukk a co-worker, fukk her more than once (but no more than 4 times) and keep receipts (texts, emails, etc). If you eventually want a relationship, keep your cool and keep fukking her good until she brings it up. If you want to throw her in the bushes without getting in trouble HR, the last 2 out of 4, be a minute man, try to be a little more needy without being creepy and then when you see that she's starting to drift, ask her if she wants to be in a relationship.
