They don't have to try that hard to win hispanic voters because most of these 'latinos' are really just CACS and lean conservative anyway. And if they aren't straight up cacs they wanna be cacs way more than they ever want to be aligned with 'minorities' especially black folks.

This is why Biden said they're more diverse meaning to get the latino vote he has to be more considerate in messaging because the black vote is sowed up.
