A: Many people believe that Jay-Z unintentionally made a mistake when he said that line. However, I disagree. You see, there is a reason why Jay calls himself Jehova (Hov or Hova for short) - he considers himself God.
Now, since he knew that The Bible is widely regarded to be the word of God by the Christian community he simply quoted some of the original text from that very book. After all, God (Hov) is not supposed to be wrong so if he was quoted saying it in The Bible once there is no chance that he would be going back on his own opinion. 
Fun fact: When Jay-z was first starting out in the rap game under Jaz-O he would oftentimes brag about his hairstyle, saying that it was "flat like The Earth".

i lost count after my 1st tour to Iraq
i cant name some of the females i smashed in June when i 1st got back from Afghanistan
I use to think keeping track was cool but I realized it was lame
i hit triple digits back in the day
i also use to keep panties from some of the ladies in my life but an ex found my stash along with hundreds of photos and burned them
i also had video footage from some sexual encounters when i was in high school but I was told that it is considered child porn and disposed of them
