I still to this day say that was a money decision. Yes when he was cut he counted against the cap but that is make believe money. Buy releasing Steve they did not have to pay him in true money. Plus they played up to the media and fans with the old we had to release him because he was not a fit with the locker room BS. Then on top of it to make it seem as though Cam ran him out was garbage.

I also didn't like the shots that Steve threw at Cam last year when he was with the Ravens. The stuff was not needed and any fool would know that wasn't a call that Cam was making. Hell if Cam really was calling the shots wouldn't he have asked the Panthers to draft him some damn help on the offensive end all those years.

man every game vs hawks have been close including the playoffs.

panthers basically been beating themselves , i wouldn't be surprised at all if panthers win.

panthers have trouble keeping up with high scoring teams like greenbay(cause redzone problems) , but now they have better corners n safeties. all we need is luke n johnson back.

Exactly. It kills me when people say we're Seattle's bytch like we don't stand a chance. We make stupid mistakes when we play them. Unfortunately we probably will make the same mistakes in 2 weeks.

If Cam can make good choices and not throw picks we'll be ok.

After what I saw last night, this is definitely the year for us to beat Seattle...not that we shouldn't have beat them when DeAngelo was about to walk in the endzone a few years ago and fumbled, but this just seems like the year....

I LOVE that everyone is counting us out too....especially cause I feel like the 03 season all over again...

i think funchess is being utilized wrong for the moment . people thought he was going to be like kb(tough possesion/over the middle contested catch guy) but he is more of a vertical finesse type player.







also once dikkson made that heads up play...cam targeted him more. seems like cam doesn't REALLY trust anyone except olsen/ginn for now. dikkson/cotchery did alright in the playoffs though . they need to utilize ed way more....he was open for a td on the funchess drop. also open on that int that bucs dropped but cam under threw it(due to bad mechanics /pressure).

Feeling real confident about the Seattle matchup in two weeks. That'll be the game where we put the league on notice

Really the only matchups I'm concerned about on our schedule are the Packers and to be completely honest, those Falcons. Thats a damn good team, getting Kyle Shanahan & Dan Quinn were huge additions for them.

I just wanna get Uncle Luke back ASAP. Klein performed and served his purpose well, but i was gonna throw one of my kids at the TV if i saw him get beat by another RB out the backfield.

I also think Seattle is prime to be beaten. Their o-line looks shaky, while our d-line is getting stronger with Star rounding into form and adding Allen and Delaire. I also like our secondary vs their Wr's. The biggest key imo, is to get something out of our rb's. If we can control the clock, we should get the W.

I believe they're tied with the 49ers for least offensive touchdowns in the league. No doubt our defense can hold them to a pathetic performance, up to the offense to produce enough scoring drives which I believe they can.

I just want to enjoy being undefeated knowing that we haven't been this far in the football season with no losses since our Super Bowl appearance. we get a chance to rest up, heal up, work on our weakness, and new acquire talent can learn the playbook. I feel we can finally get a win against the Seahawks, especially seeing the level of play they have been displaying, i think if we can just take care of the ball and be patience, things will break through. I'm glad the Panthers finally had a win that didn't have us stressing until the finally minutes of the game, refreshing. I hate rainy games because they are unpredictable where fumbles happen often and can change fortunes for better or worst. We actually have won all our rainy games since the Cam era so we are good in that aspect. I thought we played well, can't fault us for not throwing too much as for the bad weather, Cam played smart got the first down with his feet when need be. Josh Norman is on a mission to prove he is elite this year which I ain't mad at him, hope we can afford him. I'm confident we can take any team, i love that the media is discounting us it just makes it more suiting when we prove those bandwagon folks wrong again. yeah g-man maybe should have signed him to an extension in offseason......he going to cost alot now but its hard to find good corners. have not had one since chris gamble....

They did offer an extension (around $7 mil/year), but Norman decided to bet on himself and he's winning right now.
