Dawg, how can Drake sue QM over what? There's no breach of contract or nothing like that. QM did not put out the reference tape nor did he start any of this. He is visibly credited on the liner and tracklist he's not a ghostwriter nor is he hidden like some sort of secret. QM was a kid who helped Drake make some records.
