They are both average rappers..
Let's not pretend Drake's strength is rapping.. It's performing hit records...

I wouldnt give drake that much... his performance game isnt that tight... almost all his r&b songs he cant even perform live. The rough sounding but catchy stuff you hear on drakes tracks is drake trying his hardest, with many takes, in a studio environment, with effects and pitch correction included, mixed and tweaked... and thats after years of vocal couching...

And this is him doing one song on a TV stage... at a concert where he is actually has to perform multiple songs and move around and get the crowd involved... he is much worse than this...

I agree..

When I said "performing" I meant taking words, flows and melodies other people write and performing his minstrel show as Black Southern rapper in a studio setting.. I don't think I've ever really seen him to a great live stage performance..

I don't know what's up with the homie QM, because when the stuff came out about the ghostwriting and the reference tracks, I went and checked out some of his music that he had out at the time, and a lot of it was pretty decent. But ever since then, when he's dropped something, it's been borderline trash. And he has songs where he's abusing autotune :smh:

I was interested to see what he did with this promo coming his way, but dude hasn't put out something that's fire since the news came out he was Drake's writer. Maybe Drake took all this nikka's mojo and it's over for him?

This shyt sucks.

All Quentin had to do was just chill and not have shyt leak.

We all knew Drake used to write for Wayne around 2008 and that was a constant rumor. What did Drake do? Kept his mouth shut and never let shyt leak....look where it got him.
Drake never wrote for Wayne just lies to convince you this industry plant was real

good...rooting for dude....the nerve of you Drake fans calling your reference writer wack yall full of sht but we aleady knew this :martin:
He is wack. Clean your ears out. Why ain't he on then if the voice and flow is so ill?

Apparently some of y'all can't differentiate between rapping well and writing well... :mjlol:

Well at least we know we are going to get a different ghost writer for this Drake/Future tape.

shyt should be good brehs!

Diss is aiight as far as the lines go. I like songs with truth to em, not ones with cheap punch lines. The thing is though he just doesn't have the voice / engineering that someone like Drake does. Sad to say.

Drake's production team is basically the class of music, they'd make me sound like R. Kelly :wow:
