My point is, how is the occupation is even allowed? Russia is supposed to be weak right? Ukraine got a billions of military support from the west, and Coli says Putin is sending 60 year old's, so how are they occupying Ukraine today?

The situation is complicated, especially in eastern Ukraine where some of the people are ethnic Russians.

Also, Ukraine isn't a military powerhouse. They don't even have a navy. The occupation happened before they were bolstered by western weapons and intel. Taking it back will not be easy. The fact that Ukraine wasn't turned into a pack in the first week of the assault and has actually taken back territory at all is a testament to Russia's weakness.
