I'm just looking at available players with comparable deals.

Jamal Crawdord would put a better playmaker in the second unit, move grant/langston to point in the first?

I don't think he or lance are necessarily worth the investment. The risk on lance, specifically is too high.
I'm saying Ty Lawson. He's the only PG that we can get that can push the tempo, plus Calderon would fit in Houston since he doesn't need to handle the ball that much. Just spot up and take 3's.

One thing I love about NY fans (among many things), is you guys are consistent. Anyone who doesn't bring you a ch'ip can get it. Ewing, 'Melo, anyone. I believe y'all would come for Lj too, and that's impressive. I think you're the only fanbase with the guts to come for him if he was a Knick and y'all didn't win. Y'all want a ch'ip and you deserve one. You almost had one in '99 but Ewing got hurt. People come for y'all for being hard on Ewing, but I realized people should let y'all cook because you've waited a long time. On top of that, you guys will say "the team is trash", but then you're right back watching them the next game. So, you want to win, but you still love your Knicks. There really is no fanbase like y'all. It's really something to watch. Just giving y'all props once again for being the best fans in the world. It's true. :wow:

In other news, I think 'Melo has shown that when he gets healthy, he'll shoot better than he ever did because of this system. When he has shot well in the system this season and preseason, it was rarely the 45% that he normally shoots, it's been mostly in the 50's and 60's. I don't know what it is about the system that helps him to put up those percentages (when his leg has that pop that he's still trying to get completely back) because it's not like his shots are wide open, but there's something going on there.

Had to rep you for this one

Could Lance be a triangle pg?

Calderon's been playing well enough to package him in a deal. He's the only guy on the squad that has much trade value.

Seraphin does too. He's like 12 per on an 2.8 expiring contract. A lot of Cap stuck teams that need depth at bigs could use him.

Calderon's decent, backup PG on a good team he's an option for. Seraphin just sucks. But you are right regarding the contract....

He can't shoot and he's a bit of a ball hog. :stopitslime:

Plus he is crazy and has a bunch of Goons on Deck in BK:comeon:

The only reason to go for him is cap space and the slight chance he plays well to try and stay in NY.:francis:

At 12 per he is good enough to be a back up big and he's had a few decent games. I don't see him going now but later on once a big gets injured he'll be easy as hell to move for a upgrade.
