See, people saying shyt like this is what scares me. Ya'll are starting to put too much pressure on this kid's shoulders. Dude is only 19, and has his career is 22 games old.
Yes I'm loving what I'm seeing from him, don't get me wrong, but people have to chill with the Dirk comparisons, etc. and let the kid come into his own. I don't want people to start turning on him when he goes through a rookie slump (and he will, they all do).
I just saw the highlights, and that offensive foul on Melo was

How exactly am I "ripping" Teflon P? Being a rook don't have nothing to do with effort. He usually gives no effort on defense and the same is true tonight. He also gave no effort on the boards. Lack of effort in those areas cost NY the game.
I can't protect his image. The media has already trained you to hate him and to drool over everyone else. All I'm doing is saying what most seem to be afraid to say. Some of y'all need to be consistent. If you're gonna blame someone, let it be those who actually got NY the L. I have yet to see anyone do that except this man:
Went to the game tonight. MSG HAS TO do something about the security check at the front. It is DREADFUL, inefficient, bottleneck bullshyt and stupid. Whenever people wonder why seats at MSG aren't filled until the middle of the first quarter, it's not because "people in NY are fashionably late". No, it's because of THIS DUMB SHYT. Not everybody can get to the arena 45 min. before tip-off. I know ISIS got people shook, but there's gotta be a better way.
It is unbelievable and unfair to those who are trying to get in the building to watch the cool intros, the national anthem, etc.
Anyway, got to see the future legend in-person during his rookie season. I just chuckle at how this kid likes the big moment and how good he looks out there. I was in section 110, so i got a clear view of that block on Deron Williams, too.

Wasn't expecting them to win anyway cuz it just seemed like they were down 13 ever since the 2nd quarter. The 3 ball killed us on defense. Galloway is looking like a D-league player again, and we need something from him on offense. He's been terrible for a couple weeks now...let's go.
