I'm upset about D Will.

He'd fit in on the Cavs, in my opinion giving the bench the high tempo and offensive punch they need.

I'm happy about Afflalo, though. I had high hopes for dude, but, oh well.

Now... we have cap space, Porzingis, and Melo as absolutes going into next year.

Come on Phil, walk out of the casino with a jackpot free agency. :blessed:

I'm still on the ignorant side with respect to Sports contracts, brehs.

I understand we have 30+ mill...

However, after 1 big signing, say 25 mill, that would leave 5-7 mill left, right?

To disperse that amongst all other positions... how do we fill out a team properly?

I'm sure luxury tax and thresholds come into affect...but I'm not grasping it.

@storyteller @I.V. Any insight?

that's over 30 mil in cap space now, that's a lot of money and flexibility right there. Looking forward to see what Phil does this off season.

I'm pretty sure that I heard that the salaries of the player option for both Afflalo and Williams don't come off the Knicks books until they officially sign with another team.
