Is Tijuana that bad to see for a day or to "party" at night?

Great place, beautiful city, fukk loads of bad women, good night life, tijuana 15 minutes away if you wanna get really wild, I can't wait to get back to daygo

And depending where you moving from, it will be a culture shock, nothing but Mexicans and the mexican culture everywhere, and i mean EVERYWHERE. but their food is great. good weather. sucks that the nightlife closes so early though. Great place to visit.
