can someone fill me in. Why is clipsde and drake beefing :dwillhuh:
Pusha T realizes this is his last chance to be relevant in the music industry before fading into dust so he is throwing a Hail Mary by dissing Drake. The history is more about how Pusha T burned Bridges with cash money, trying to hurt the money and then trying to come back around and do tracks with the same people later.

A subplot that seems to be going on is Drake doing business with Adidas which activated that mentality of I'm going to be the only one doing business with Adidas. This is probably from Kanye which is why he is sponsoring and financing the diss to Drake. Why would you allow your artist to diss someone who was ghost riding for you and has supported you on a business level.

What do the players stand to gain here? 1f Drake's Adidas line flops Kanye will feel more secure that his brand will make money and if the battle goes Pusha T's way he will have a slight boost and Rejuvenation before falling back into nothing.

So in summary it's basically jealousy by two old haters who are about to be out the game

Nah "condoms on ya babyseat" are shoot on site words. Somebody got to die.
He said Drake's dad is a deadbeat clown, said Drake's mom will never be loved enough for marriage, and told Drake his best friend is gonna die soon. And that's ignoring the part about Drake knocking up a pornstar and hiding his child

:russ: @ any other diss track being more disrespectful

People are really sleeping on the fact that Pusha named this diss and associated the image of Drake in blackface, plus being a deadbeat dad, WITH THE NAME OF DRAKE'S ADIDAS LINE WHICH IS GOING TO LAUNCH IN MERE WEEKS.

That is insane.

If/When this line still drops, Drake and his friends are going to be running around with Adidon on their chests. Imagine Hov and the Roc boys running around with Ether on their tees :picard:

Push hit him at so many levels.

Like if you’re a real hip hop fan and listened to Clipse / Pusha solo / Re-up Gang, how could you possibly think Drake was fukking with Pusha in any capacity? :dahell: this nikka lives and breathes this shyt

Stans not using any common sense :mjlol:

they thought because of what transpired in that Meek situation Drake was ready to deal with a hard-nosed vet like Pusha:mjlol:

After a night to sleep on it, the only thing that can remotely be considered "over the line" is making fun of 40 for being on his deathbed. MS is a terrible disease. Drake dissed Kanye for rap related shyt, not for being mentally unstable. And yes, I remember the Cudi shyt, but that was also over the line IMO :manny:

As for the picture being removed, while it's a cornball move, I don't get what y'all don't get about it. It's a picture owned by the photographer who took it; if he tells Instagram it's illegally being posted by all these people, that's a TOS thing and they are obligated to pull it down. It's not "the big corporations holding Drake down" :francis:

Either way, 2-1 Pusha T going into Game 4 in the DMV :ehh:
So why did the photographer remove the pic from his site?

I was a Drake fan too breh but it's time to admit he's in full damage control mode

JULY: INFINITY FUKKERY WARS

"IT WAS WRITTEN LIKE NaS...........BUT IT CAME FROM QUENTIN"

Push.....My N!gga. Stand up VA, ya'll did the damn thing. My messages last night was something crazy as this post was poppin off. Look, everything happening now I predicted during Meek. I told ya'll he would get exposed if he kept up this "Tough Guy" act.. Flex was hilarious yesterday, but he still getting the Exclusives, don't hate. Meek's original Tweet has taken us on a long July Journey. All I could think of is Pusha's "Ugggh" Adlib, lol. I knew it was going to take a Vet, a child that grew up on Hip Hop in the 80's to properly air out his Non-Rappin A$$. Let's put the diss to the side for a 2nd. That photo was Etherous by itself. I honestly couldn't believe it was real but then it was, I was like WTF. What exactly is the spin gonna be for doing a Blackface Photo shoot with a Jim-Crow style t-shirt? Art? I didn't see anybody else in Blackface but him. 2008, Drake was over 21 years old so again what's the excuse?. White Photographer too supposedly? SMH it just isn't a good look. There isn't a "Meme" in the world that over come that Shuckin and Jivin Photo. He looks like a damn Mistrial show, it's a disturbing photo. Ain't enough pop hits in the world can erase that photo. I honestly didn't entertain this beef. Pusha already got him on "Exodus" years ago (Which Drake did not respond to in years, lol). I'm glad Pusha didn't fall for that artificial diss timetable (You gotta diss in 24 hours), LOL. Since when? Because of this fast food microwave internet era? Stop. When your a lyricist, you respond when your ready. But this was a fast response. His album just dropped, it's a Holiday weekend. He didn't need to drop a diss all fast. I'm sure he was enjoying his promo run. I also have to give "Daytona" it's props, it was Heat Rock, they really did cut out the fat and gave a concise LP. Drake was the one who jumped out the window. That's because "Infrared" clearly got under his skin and the ghostwriting is affecting his mind so he feels like he has something to prove. Pusha did good, he let Drake give him free promo all weekend.

He lyrically dissected him on "Infrared" with like 3 sublminals, but those words were burning Drake pride. And now Push bodied him something serious on this. Dissed everything about Drake from style, family, personal life etc. Was it disrespectful? Yes but so what many other Classic Disses. Drake mentioned his wife so Pusha has every right to say what he felt. Did it over a laid back Classic SoOJ beat (Picked this Jay beat to fit the theme, blackface photo). I liked that he was having a one on one talk. "Duppy" was aiight, he had a few jabs but wasn't all that. Reminds me how people were hyping up "Charged Up" which was average. How is he gonna diss Kanye about writing when Kanye wrote and produced "Find Your Love" which was the biggest hit on "Thank Me Later"? That track could of been on 808's. We always known Ye has used co-writers. He never hid it or fronted like Drake did. Kanye birthed Drake, he's the last person that should be sending subliminals. Glad Pusha checked him on that (How dare you mention Ye in my Verses....I want all the Curses) Damn. Then on "Duppy", the opening bars, he admits to Quentin and Ghostwriting, that's an automatic Forfeit L to me in a battle. Drake is just too soft for me to take him serious lyrically. Should of called that joint "Puppy", lol. Ain't gonna "Meme" your way out of this one. Sorry but this is what Real Emcee's do. Pusha is winning this by a landslide right now. The Reference Tracks are still relevant and Black Face Photo/Jim Crow Shirt are Ether enough but throw in "Infrared and SoA" he's clearly dominating lyrically. This sh!t was "Ether, Hit Em Up, Supa Ugly, Long Kiss Goodnight" Type of disrespect. Matter of fact I can definitely see Big's influence in Push for sure. Let's just say this was Etherous no doubt. Good Look Push, Separate the Real from the Fake. Hopefully he learns his lesson and stays in the Pop Star lane.

Whataboutism is a serious condition many are afflicted with these days..stop it!
Pac is not the standard bearer of successful hip hop beef..remember how it all turned out for him. shot up and buried somewhere..or you are afflicted with amnesia as well.

We are talking about Drake and Push..they're men, let them fight it out like men. At this point if you involve your friends itll be a severe case of weakness and damn near surrender.

You're moving the goal post. You said "this is not real hip hop", in reply to me saying Drake might have to get some of his people on a track. Again, Pac did it, KRS did it, etc. Real hip hop isn't defined by one man on a message board. However, if we consider Hit em up, a classic example of hip hop beef, then its "okay" to put your team on the track.
