The Pharrell vs Kanye version on Apple Music is sequenced perfectly. They def should’ve sequence the album like that originally. I love how it starts with LTSSTC and has Diet Coke and hear me clearly back to back.

It's dope how they sequenced the album with Ye vs Pharrell and released it again.

This is still my top album of the year, I definitely didn't see that happening with Kendrick dropping but Pusha gave his fans exactly what they wanted :blessed:

huge Pusha T fan so I’m admittedly biased.

But only in rap do we have the expectation that rappers need multiple topics.

Legends of all other genres talk about “Love” in all of their songs, the way Pusha T talks about coke. They talk about new love, love lost, sustaining love, etc,

Push gives the same thing about the coke game.

If Dolly Parton can have a 50 year career where 95% of her music is about love in one way or the other, why is it frowned upon what Pusha does :manny:
i agree its stupid complaint

but i do think changing writing, adding perspectives is a needed thing for a rapper like Push

which is why i think thats the better complaint then typical casual bytching of "why doesnt he rap concious" from idiots.

I think Pusha needs to implement more storytelling, creative concepts, perspectives, into his coke rap. thats my thing

which is why I like Brambleton on this album.

but yeah I hate the "mutiple topics" complaint its such a tired ole talking point used by nikkas.

In the interview with Nore he said essentially he knows what’s missing at it’s his brother who gave you more perspectives. He knows he more one dimensional so he’s leaning into it more.
