From RG:

An autonomous car is a vehicle that is capable of driving itself, with no human input. Hov, like an Uber rider, needs merely a finger to control the destination of his drivers. The Medellin Cartel, a huge, famous network of drug dealers, used to use fifty-five gallon drums to transport cocaine across the country.

Uber has proclaimed multiple times it will be the transportation method of the future. Last year, they announced their mission to produce self-driving cars.

As mentioned earlier, Hov rarely, if ever, drives, and all pictures by the paparazzi see him stepping out of the rear of the car. His car has been autonomous ever since he could afford to have someone drive it."

The reference is definitely the cars practically drive themselves to the drug dealing locations.
nikka never quote rap genius on here. Its disrespectful.

This Lyric Connects Jay Z's "Drug Dealers Anonymous" Verse To Beyoncé's "All Night"
This Lyric Connects Jay Z's "Drug Dealers Anonymous" Verse To Beyoncé's "All Night" | Genius
After hearing Jay Z’s verse on Pusha T’s “Drug Dealers Anonymous,” fans have started to connect one of his lines to a lyric on Beyoncé’s Lemonade.

On “Drug Dealers Anonymous,” Jay raps:

I’m a course of miracles with this shyt
Nothing real can be threatened, nothing unreal exists
The couplet ties back to a lyric on Beyoncé’s “All Night,” in which she references a line from the self-study curriculum book, A Course in Miracles.

Here’s the lyric and a tate on what A Course in Miracles is:

The three-volume set of books begins with this passage and ends with:

This course can therefore be summed up very simply in this way:
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.

The full Course in Miracles includes a 669-page text on the theoretical foundation of the course, a 488-page workbook for students, and a 92-page manual for teachers.

Beyoncé’s “All Night” signals a shift in the narrative of Lemonade—the 11th track closes the album on a note of “forgiveness” and triumphant reconciliation.

But Jay and Bey’s course didn’t begin with Lemonade. Jay previously used this line to celebrate one million Tidal subscribers last year, too:

Does this mean Jay and Bey have been reading up on A Course in Miracles over the last few years? Possibly. The book gained a name for itself after Oprah Winfrey began promoting it in 1992 and referencing it over the years. Jay once shared a list of books he lives by with O, The Oprah Magazine but A Course in Miracles was nowhere to be found.

Kinda crazy that this nikka is close to to 50 years old though if you think about it.

The fact that he's still capable of killing a track like this is wild. It's no wonder all these young surp sippin nikkas act star struck when they in his presence.

You shouldn't still be that good at damn near 50.

yall gotta quit comparing sports to music, i know you didn't mention sports, but literally thats what kids do nowadays. You can be as dope as you want to be past the age of 60 if that's the case, there isn't any "injury" or "fatigue" to SLOW YOU DOWN as a rhymer, hell you can even get better, it's all mental non physical. The only thing that will change when you get old af is your flow and delivery, that is just father time going to your vocal chords and giving you the business as you age. But lyrically, you can keep that and more as you age.

not really. a sharp mind shouldnt deteriorate till the person is in their 70s.

writers, poets, etc are able to create well into their old age only in hip hop do we act like age is kryptonite

I don't know, his flow still sounds fresh. He doesn't need help keeping up with the new kids. Compare that to some of his peers,

Yeah, I'd never compare it to sports, that's dumb.

But you also gotta remember that this nikka probably spends a tiny percentage of his time writing rhymes. He's really not around the type of energy that keeps your skills sharp. Steel sharpens steel as they say.

This nikka basically a soccer dad at this point and still runs laps around alot of young nikkas that do this daily.

How long we gonna allow 40+ year old men to promote drug dealing? Does the state of the black america not matter to knee grows? Lets just sit back and listen to Jigga and Pusha promote more poison?

And if its ok then why are people talking down about the drill rappers? GS9? If thats what the OG's in the game are doing dont blame the youth

This beat is not good enough for this collaboration. It's underwhelming.

What I like about jays verse is that it was 48 bars which is an interesting shift. It allows him to expand on themes and tell a longer story. 16 bars sometimes limits you to be too concise, but with 48 you can be freer.
I hope he continues along this line but I think pusha said it was a one off.

Nobody gives a fukk what you think fukkboi :mjlol:
