what I’m saying is he hasn’t had to deal with adversity yet and I want to see how that works out. Take away a weapon..take away the YAC. Maybe some of those errant throws turn into picks. Just saying the unknown worries me.

And it ain’t just him…oOur D is good but has weak spots a good OC will exploit that. Do we really think we are unbeatable?
Who is saying that though? Literally no one in this thread thinks that and I continue to read posts from folk arguing against invisible people.

The thing is, does one moment really prove anything? Alex Smith had an adversity moment against the Saints, but that classic comeback didn't really impact him going forward in the offs or in rest of career.

I agree with @Jmare007 about the rest. I don't think anyone says we're unbeatable. It's football. Things can happen. It's pointless to both think we're unbeatable or just being straight scared of anyone because Brock is unproven/due and D has weak spots.

Shiiit FWIW we saw Buffalo and Cincy having issues putting teams away against a second and third string qbs, at home.

BTW @Jmare007 we have scored a td after the half coming off a deferred coin toss four out of five times in games started by Brock :wow: the only exception was against the Raiders when they went three and out

Yeah, I've kept my mouth shut about it, it's been  every single time for me. I have PTSD about it and always think we going three & out or punting :pachaha:

That was Alex’s 1st season of not sucking and actually salvaged his career. Was better going forward.

Brock is still a rookie and I’d say the same about any player who has started 5-6 games.

Having actual experience matters. But the kid is still an unknown. Unless he’s the 2nd coming of Brady he will struggle at some point. Hopefully it isn’t this season.

if we can win the SB, I wont care much about going forward and Brocks ceiling. they have Trey Lance and Purdy on rookie contracts. First world problems lol.

Yeah that was his second bad showing of this season. Needs to curb that shyt

Watching that game, I'm convinced he had bad cleats or something because he slipped a lot and that's all it takes to get separation. Then look at the other side and Lenoir balled out.

Seahens delusional as fukk, saying they had the Niners :hhh:

Naw, the talent disparity became apparent in the second half.

"You look at the first half of the game. They were probably sweating down their backs," safety Ryan Neal said. :laff:

Our game was by far the least close game of all the wild card games so far :manny:
