I think Taker should have retired undefeated 20-0, been inducted into the HOF this year or next year and made an appearance at WM30.

But since he wants to get involved this year even though he's then I hope he does the right thing and puts CM Punk over.
That way you elevate Punk, who will still be around to contribute to the product and Undertaker will still go down as a legend that went 20 Wrestlemanias in a row without a single loss.

As for Punk being a viable threat to the Undertaker, all you have to do is show a montage of him kicking ass every week from here til Wrestlemania on Mondays and Fridays interlaced with sound clip of The Rock saying he knows how bad/dangerous Punk is and footage of him beating John Cena multiple times.

Then you just book him to win matches on Raw and a couple of Smackdowns from here to Mania, and voila. It's almost as if kayfabe was fiction and we could fabricate a character's dangerousness.

It's about having a young wrestler in his prime jobbing to a 100 year old part timer who wrestles once a year.

Punk winning would be enormous, what does it do for Taker who we wouldn't see for a year if he even comes back.
