It is but it's not at the same time. Some people would swear I'm Rican, some would swear I'm Dominican but with Hispanics sometimes when you see them you just know. It could be the tiniest thing and you'd just know.

I'm Panamanian and neither do I. From what I see Dominicans hold on to their culture more than any Hispanic group. I respect that
