If you think otherwise,you obviously don't be around Brooklyn Bridge area,canal street,LES,and alot of queens,long island and staten island.

I'm in alot of these places regular and I can tell you that Asians and white boys have been calling themselves nikka since at least '98.

The arabs from Yemen who own the bodegas sent they kids to the public schools in the same neighborhoods that the stores was in,so now the young yemen dudes call each other nikka as well.

Something he touched on that is key is when he used it outside of NYC being looked crazy, I moved from the east coast 9 years ago to the the Midwest and I can tell you that's 100% true, one of my boys came to visit (pause) we was at the mall the he was saying it (Dominican) and he was getting the look from both black and white people

It is truly wild the mind fukk that word has over so many black folks. Like they're so attached to it they can't see the contradictions. I've said it before, but it's not even the use of it itself (which is bad of course). It's how they're so attached to it that they're fighting mad if you even mention the possibility of rethinking using it, or that it may be harmful. That tells you more than anything else the psychological hold it has.

This Puerto Rican dude and all the non black people in NYC and elsewhere who use it wouldn't have started doing it if black folks hadn't given them "permission". Notice all those non black folks aren't going around using "sp@c" "ch!nk" etc. to them, and would likely look at a black person like they were crazy if they called them a slur.

Yea the fact racist white people invented a term to dehumanize American black people and now those same American black people are fighting to monopolize the word is some of the most bizarre shyt I’ve ever seen
