In ATL i know yall have a caribbean and african presence there(not NY or MIA, but still there) and yall got africans and caribbeans saying nikka alot and some of them be the same people who come from parents who call Black americans "Akata" and think Black americans are lazy.
Some african parents will think their child is mimicking "Akata"/Black americans if they talk like that saying "nikka".
every city is letting people who shouldn't say it, say it. No one is guilt free
