I’m sure it’s great but VR at this point is just not something I’m paying full price for. Especially no $550. I’ll be able to cop one off of FB Marketplace for half that in a year that’s been touched less than 10 times

Half price in 1 year?

Try at least 4 years, especially with it being top notch. And it's not even fully optimized yet.

I’m not saying snagging it new breh. Copping used from someone off of Marketplace, especially if a new version is easily accessible in stores. Maybe not half but I guarantee you will be able to get a phenomenal deal on a “used” one that’s been played less than a handful of times.

Folks going to impulse buy, realize they don’t play it that much/need money and try to get some of that back selling it. This is common in the VR marketplace due to the relative infrequency of use for the platform among gamers right now.

Pokerstars vr just released for free with crossplay with the quest. Very good casino game... i have it on the quest and thiers alot you can do such as bet on live sports n play slots as your playing poker.

That's if you find it used at that price. Were people able to buy a used original PSVR for half?


You got to realize that most day one buyers were already PSVR veterans. They already knew what PSVR2 was gone be and pre-ordered one day one and high chances won't be reselling. And then if you read Reddit a lot of new adapters who were unsure are happy with it. Now that's a small sample, but still.

So what exactly are your chances of buying one half off in a year? Time will tell.

Edit: So I was curious and looked on Ebay and saw as low as $375, so you may be right.
