traded a dude a Xbox series x unopened +100 for his PS5 bundle. THis my first sony console. It's no XSX but it's a nice little system.

What do yall brehs do about the overheating for the PS5?? I had it laying flat at first but it turned off due to overheating and it was kinda in an enclosed shelf so i put it vertical on the tv stand and i still get it shutting off.


I dusted it out but i think cause its winter and the heat is on thats not helping but im not trying to freeze just to play lol

it might already be fukked up from being in the enclosed space…I messed up a PS4 pro that way…haven’t had the issue with the PS5 tho since it’s in a ventilated area…my XSX did shut off once due to overheating but I had been playing that bytch for about 6 hours with minimal breaks

I dont play it that much but my son goes hard like hours on that bytch so ill monitor it but i cleaned it out earlier today and turn the heat down while were out of the house to bring the room temp down.


Obviously when it was nice outside the windows were open and there was more ventilation. I see the fans of amazon but the reviews say they are noisy as fukk
