I'm on the PS5 pre-order link they sent me and it's now in a queue that says my wait time is 19 minutes. My cousin who also was waiting before the site opened says an hour for him.

People would be mad either way, having a guaranteed system even if it's not on launch day would be better than not knowing when you'll be able to get your hands on one.

got mine from the Sony store I was in queue for 3 minutes
Mines redirected to another queue that says wait for more than an hour.

Sony came through with the Pre-order. I feel good about it coming from them had free shipping because of the PS+ membership.
Got 1 from Amazon the other day, but I know they may fukk around and delay or cancel the order. I have plans for that unit.
