My PS2 never bricked or acted up on me ever. Right now it's probably in a landfill in Florida somewhere and I bet it still works perfectly.

My 360 is ass though. The disc tray doesn't work when it's standing up vertically. And I swear that shyt still gets the RROD every few months.

I have had the same fat ps3 from 2009 and it still works just as good as it did when I bought it.

These types of thing are to be expected with mass manufacturing.

I've never had an issue with any of my game consoles **knocks on wood**...hell both my fat PS3 and original 360 are still working. But sometimes you're unlucky enough to get a device from a bad batch. My first Galaxy S4 was flawless until it died, the replacement (a brand new) unopened one was a piece of sh*t out of the box.

bruh the RRoD was by far the worst hardware failure. I know nikkas that had double digit xboxs BEFORE they changed policy on it. That shyt was horrible.

simple, rrod effected a small base of early adopters and eventualy was fixed. disc-read effected almost every single console of a larger installed base and was never fixed
