@Rekkapryde how do you plan on doing the head coaches?
My other OD, everyone created their own HC and we are starting at level 3 with slow progression. It makes everyone earn their way up instead of you inheriting how good/bad your HC already is. This starts everyone out on the same playing field.

You're supposed to be the coach, not Les Miles. Thats the point of playing this mode. You are the coach, not the cpu. You can still recruit well, the schools still have their prestige and pull. You just have to earn XP to build yourself up as the HC. The coaching details and features are actually the best part of dynasty mode. You can build your coach any way you want.

@Rekkapryde how about we do it like this, the people whoo wanna create coaches, can create them, but their overall cant be greater than the current head coach...and the people that want to keep it realistic with the current head coach , can do that
