we could make it just 1 person to make it less damaging.

but realistically it would make competition fierce in both leagues

and of course it would be based on record

and if it was a tie:

1. Head to head decides
2. if no h2h match, user v user record
3. if tie user vs user record, the team with the highest rated recruiting class
