Here is the deal effective immediately.



























































- Since the game subs out your starters anyway when the game is out of reach, you can do what you want UNTIL THE 2 MINUTE MARK (AGAIN, YOUR BACKUPS WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE PLAYING AT THIS POINT). IF YOU ARE UP MORE THAN 28 AT THAT POINT YOU CAN EASILY MILK THE CLOCK OUT TO END THE GAME WITH 3 KNEELS.
- All previous running up the score penalties will be rescinded.

I DON'T WANNA HEAR shyt NO MORE ABOUT RUNNING UP THE SCORE, THIS IS AS SIMPLE AS IT GETS. LIKE I SAID THE GAME WILL PUT IN BACKUPS IF THE SCORE IS OUT OF REACH, SO THEY WON'T STOP THE CLOCK IF YOU KNEEL THE BALL 3 AND RUN OUT THE CLOCK LESS THAN 2 MINUTES LEFT. IF I SEE ANY OFFENSIVE SCORE UNDER THAT POINT, I'LL PERSONALLY DETERMINE HOW MUCH OF A SCHOLLY HIT YOU GONNA TAKE.

What game subs your starters out when you get up big? Not NCAA 13... My starters only come out when I mass sub them...

So if we are up by 27 with a minute left to play we can bomb away?

Loophole city but it's a pointless argument...

I just hope you grow a pair this time and start sanctioning obvious offenders. Shuggamomma shoulda been sanctioned but you let him off the hook and you punished Kings, smh... Glad you rescinded his because there is no consistency in that at all!

It would bode well for you to not slander The Founding Member Of The Prestigious Official Compliance Board And Oversight Committee with false accusations. :welcome:
