If its not a definitive rule you cant retro actively make it a rule just because you got some evidence now..

If you want to make it an offical rule then STATE IS SO ON THE FIRST PAGE WHERE THERE WILL BE NO CONFUSION

This would of been easier to enforce at the start of the season instead of the middle, I say let @L@CaT off this time, but now it's banned or whatever, I could care less.
