you're an RN who's educated on nutrition. The whole food industry is built on deception ESPECIALLY supplmentsim surprised because if something is as advertised then i expect it to be just that. I only drink one protein drink a day but still,i'd like to know what my accurate protein intake is. Im probably just gonna cut it off anyways so fukk them

The truth is you don't even need supplements.
Supplements = / = real food
Real food(whole grains) >>>>> supplements

And you know what? I'm glad I found this list because up until I did, I'd thought that syntha 6 was a great protein and used to recommend it it scored a D+

mine has always been for convenience. Sometimes just don't feel like chewing and all that. Just wanna keep goin wit my day.I think that .8 floor could be generous.
