"Low carb" isn't a catch-all for healthy eating though. Your body needs them for recovery and muscle growth, and personally, I've noticed how much different I felt cutting carbs out compared to just tracking my calories/macros. When I doing Stronglifts and switched to paleo my soreness/recovery took much longer than if I had bumped my carbs up a bit.all i know is less carbs equals weight loss
