When Jones is in fight shape, he's a ripped 220-225 pounds. I wouldn't say he can put on 15 pounds easily, that'll take some time.

In this case, the size difference isn't that bad. Cain is a flabby 240 pounds, he's not that much bigger than Cormier (similar build between the two). While Jones is a relatively big 205'er. If Cain wanted to, he could probably make 205.
He also isn't gonna let Jones get in his head like DC either. His composure is ice cold. He'll have a gameplan to grind Jones down and maul him, and will stick to it like glue.Underrating Cain a bit, He could most likely out power him because hes done it to bigger opponents...
