Anyway, took pic on phone, driod note 4, sent to email to get it on laptop, then uploaded to tiny pic....I don't know why certain pictures come out scratchy as fukk or whatever (maybe low light or i need a settings change idk) but if you think I'm going any further levels deep than the proof pic

you said you took this with your android phone, when called out for how pixelated it was
but upon further investigating, the resolution of this picture is 537 x 537
android phones dont take pictures in that resolution
even if you used the lowest resolution on any current smart phone of the most recent years, it would be VGA, which is 640x480the 2nd lowest resolution on an android would be 720x480
a picture like that is either from a very old camera(not a smart phone) or edited and saved at that resolution (which is what happened)

once again you are lying Derek, you gotta understand theres people out there like me way smarter than you fakkit When you send a picture from your Android to your email itll ask do you want to save it as Original size, 70%, 50%, etc. None of these resolutions would scale to 537 x 537. Default resolution of Note 4 camera is 5312 x 2988 pixels, the left and right number would never match up to ever be the same if you scaled it down.
The only way you can get 537 x 537 format is by opening a picture someone took and then editing it and resaving it as that resolution (you probably had a previous file open at that resolution catfishing another forum, as photoshop will create a new file under your most previous picture resolution).
Another thing is, as previously posted from another poster is that the JPG format is saved at 80% quality. When you save a JPG in Photoshop, it asks what quality you want to save the picture as. The default quality, is 8 (80%). You have to manually adjust it to 10 (100%). In your haste to post a "proof" picture you forgot to save it at 100% and in a correct resolution from an actual phone dumbass.

lighting both coming from right side, difference is your picture looks like it was taken on a 1 megapixel camera and his is actually from a real note 4 camera
