It was too long. It was actually pretty good up to Kofi winning the title. After that, it fell into the same trap that WrestleMania has been falling into since 2016: Matches go on too long, matches end up too short, pacing all over the place, and the main event not coming together like it was supposed to. They rushed through Kurt Angle's last match and Rey Mysterio vs. Samoa Joe, but let Triple H and Batista have a marathon match.
It's just strange because when Mania was four hours, they knew how to organize their time. They did more with less, and everything was given room to breathe. Now, they have way too many matches and segments so they start rushing everything two hours in, and you can't even sit through the whole thing anymore. WrestleMania used to end a few minutes after 11 or 12 (back when they started at 8). Last year, it started at 7 (after a two-hour preshow) and didn't finish until around 12:30.
