Lookin at where it is in Preston Hollow, its overpriced. One street over from Dirk da Gawd and across the creek from Ross Perot though. Houses usually sell quickly in Preston Hollow unlike the suburban rich areas where houses sit for months.

I never get why people build 10,000 sq ft homes and only put 4 bedrooms in the fukking thing. You need to have 7-10.

Suites. Why have 7 bedrooms when you can have 4 or 5 huge rooms that have their own fireplace, sitting/TV room and bathroom. My gf's parents "downsized" from a 4 bedroom 3000 sq ft house to 3 bedroom, 5000 sq ft. Every bedroom has a full bathroom and a sitting room and a terrace. What will you do with 7 rooms? Run a hostel?

Seems overpriced for Dallas but I'm not familiar with the neighborhood. Location is the key. Tom Brady sold his 14k square feet home in California for $40M. Meanwhile in Illinois, Michael Jordan has a 56k square feet home with a separate gym with a full size basketball court and can't get $13M. My guess is Jordan's house will be sold for the land and the new owner will tear down all the buildings. Jordan originally thought the property would get $29M.
The taxes on Mike's crib are too high. It's in one of the richest cities in the country. Almost 200k per year in property tax. Then his electric and gas are prob sky high. I think it's just way too big for a home. Too much stuff. Its just too much. I think thats why it aint selling. I could be wrong tho.
