I done told my boys about this who have no career driven ambitions to take up golf. They been sitting on they ass for 3+ years at moms house selling petty weed for petty money. They could of invested that time into golf, possibly make a tournament,be placed at the bottom and make doctor type money in one month.

If i knew how this lifestyle was,i'd be them dudes in high school playing golf and shyt. Laugh at me now but later on your bytches will be on my jock

you cant just take up golf. shyt is mad expensive, and its not anything you are naturally good at. also vegas and other warm weather places are the exception, but most places even if you wanted to you can only play the shyt half the year. you can pick up a ball and be naturally skilled at hooping. you can pick up a pair of gloves and be naturally skilled at boxing. you cant just grab a set of irons and pick the shyt up. sure you have to learn those other sports, but sports like that are nowhere near as time investing as golf. its a refined skill more so that a sport. if you don't have a club in your hand by the time you hit middle school you are behind the 8 ball

I read a story about a caddy from Bangladesh making 6-7 figures a year on the Asian Tour.

If I could afford doing nothing for 2 Years and Afford Lessons I'd do it.

pro golfer is the most slept on "goat" career. im all about that country club life, plus as long as you are pretty good, you're almost always getting a nice payday in these tourneys. ... and you get a shyt ton of sponsers. and you get to be on sick courses, outdoors in nice weather almost all the time.

Im sayin tho......tennis is slept on too. Williams and Woods = goat sports fathers far as Im concerned. Got their kids into sports where they can EAT without worrying about long term brain damage or getting cut any time after an injury. I know these sports are expensive but u still see golfers and tennis players from 2nd and 3rd world countries have success so there's ways. People just need to see the opportunities that are there

Hunter Mahan may not be the most famous golfer on the PGA Tour, but his Dallas mansion could prompt jealousy in just about anyone. Oddly, he is trying to sell his awesome house.

The 32-year-old has put his home on the market for $9.5 million, according to 10719BridgeHollow.com. That may seem pricey, but when you see some of the pictures, you will understand why.

Mahan's 10,529-square-foot mansion includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also features a finished basement, a wine cellar and a full outdoor kitchen. All of that is nice, but there's so much more to the house.

The mansion includes a golf simulator and a game room:

As many athletes do, Mahan also has a gym:

Check out the indoor basketball court and the 12-car garage right above it:

No mansion would be complete without an awesome pool setup:

Anyone who drops $9.5 million on this house is going to get their money's worth.

4 Bed - 5 Bath

9 million?

Naw. In Texas, I could stretch 9mil a lot better than that.

You don;t know how BIG those bed & baths are. :usure:

How many more bedrooms do you need for YOUR house? Unless you're having family stay there, why do you need more?

Seems overpriced for Dallas but I'm not familiar with the neighborhood. Location is the key. Tom Brady sold his 14k square feet home in California for $40M. Meanwhile in Illinois, Michael Jordan has a 56k square feet home with a separate gym with a full size basketball court and can't get $13M. My guess is Jordan's house will be sold for the land and the new owner will tear down all the buildings. Jordan originally thought the property would get $29M.

Jordan's house ain't even waterfront, and on top of that it's all the way in Highland Park. You'd have to be a fool to have 13Ms and park it in the middle of nowhere in north suburban Chicago. At least if it was Evanston or Winnetka or Wilmette I would understand, Highland Park is just way too far from the downtown scene. If you have more than 5Ms and are buying real estate, it's Dallas, Miami, Palm Beach, NYC, LA, San Diego, San Fran. I love the Chi but if I had that kind of money I'd buy a condo D-Rose style and keep it movin', f*ck I finna do in the north suburbs, might as well live in Cleveland :scusthov:
