How can people say that the Prison Industrial Complex and the Justice system isn't corrupt when things like this happen?

It's all a big conspiracy in my opinion...but the crazy shyt is that it's so out in the open now that's it's impossible to avoid or ignore. In fact, it isn't a conspiracy, it's a fact.
