if i was in danger of getting shanked or raped on the daily, please believe i'd have teh motivation to do as many dips, squats, and pushups i needed to get big.
i just dont have that motivation out here in the real world tho.
the motivation comes from your own race/set basically tellin you to locc up cause at any time you gotta fight for your race
so better you be 190 swole than 120 weak as fukk cause your no good to them...
in jail its like a cold war ussr vs. usa type deal... everybody gettin big to show size and strenght so nothing pops off or if anything pops off its last resort...
as far as food... all my homies would eat the tunas sardines stuff in cans as much as they could.. they would also hoard or trade candies or like top romen (they wouldnt fukk with that cause of the sodium) to other inmates for meat or chicken when it would get served in lunches or dinners...
like a crazy whole underground economy of food... but all of them would tell you that sleep and food is more important than the workouts them selves...lol
also you gotta imagine these fools just trying to kill time... they basically counting calories and grams of protein to the smallest demonination... i guess if your locked up you might as well learn in detail about what your eating ...
its funny cause ive known different races going into diff instistuions (state , fed) and the guys that come out swole all would be well versed in nutrition and workout stuff and alot of what they would tell me (even though they didnt know each other) would be surprising similar... like if they all knew each other and had the same regimine....
BUT WITH THAT SAID.. once those guys got out.. that discipline left with a quikness... i guess if your out there are better things to do at least for them than to stick to a crazy dedicated regimine when you could be out making money having fun drinking and fukking girls... lol
