What bothers me is that we live in America as black people. Unlike other races, keeping your nose clean doesn't mean you have 0% chance of being sent in there.


Lots of square or even innocent brehs have been put in prison due to the arbitrary racism of a cop, or judge, or accountant, or neighbor, or employer. And of course there is the infamous "joseph versus Pharaoh's wife" conundrum that has mired black men since the 1800s. Even beyond this, god forbid a crime happens in your viscinity and you end up picked out of the line up because you vaguely resemble the perpetrator.



Sure technology, cameras , and geo data will prevent that last case, but it also makes things worse because that tech can also false flag you and you'd be powerless to fight the case if you werent a 6fig6certs computer scientist beforehand

Kalief Browder case is a perfect example. R.I.P Kalief Browder. The witness had lied and Kalief was charged, and he was sent to one of the worst jails in the country. Breh had no chance. There are hundreds of thousands of innocent people that are still awaiting trial or have been pressured into pleading guilty.




Breh a serious allegation can be enough to put you in jail. The person who is pressing charges can make up false allegations, and the prosecutor can try to aggravate the charges. Which will make it more difficult to be granted probation.

I wish y'all would stop with this sentiment. It doesn't sit right with me when y'all go around saying 'A lot' of innocent black men get locked up all the time.

no , not unless you have a good reason for your life to be in danger . its easier to get a dorm change than go to the hole ,, and even then it still takes some crashing out to a degree to get moved to another dorm
