so this grown man wasn't in the wrong? even if the boy did want it, it's still well known that sex with a minor is illegal. maybe the kid is a homo, so i see what you're saying but how is that the most probable option here? in many schools, staff are allowed to physical discipline children. the boy could have thought he was getting a spanking and the next thing you know, he's being violated.
