Been watching BET Soul on loop since Thursday pretty much whenever I've been home. Besides the fact that of course the music is dope, as a kid born in the 80s this brings back all the memories of being a kid and hearing the music always being played in the house or the car with moms, so many artists from that time now gone, MJ, Prince, Whitney, Luther, goddamn man. I don't know if its already been posted but this vid really hit hard.

This guy man I didn't know he was doing all these things. We truly lost not only a great musician, but an amazing human being.

According to Jehovah witness law you have to bury the deceased within a week, but he was cremated so i am not sure how his departure ceremony may have conflicted with the JW practise?

He was just here not long ago and now he has gone..body is all gone. It has been crazy and shocking..i had originaly plan to stay in NY for this week plus last week with business but i am here in Minneapolis chilling with fellow fans/heads and standing close to the spirit of Prince Rogers Nelson.

As a big MJ fan I can tell you being around fans in LA (I attended the memorial) made a terrible time feel much better. Being around all that outpouring of love is therapeutic.

When it comes to your favorite artist dying, I can tell you that it gets easier, but you'll never really get over it completely
