Side quests worth doing or are they generic?

it really depends how you play. I spent a lot of time trying to 'break' the game, doing crazy shyt with the goo gun

I think the main story is around 10 hours. but there's a lot of extra stuff. and it's also gonna depend what order you do stuff

I will say that the alien AI is probably one of the biggest stars of this game. They run, hide, evade, and have a mind to their own. They are relentless in their quest to destroying life. It's been a while that I've been impressed with AI that strikes a good balance of realism with the Aliens not being super smart, but clever in the way that the velociraptor are portrayed Jurassic Park. Alien AI does feel like an living organism.

finally beat the game and really try to dissect the story with Morgan, typhoon, after-credit ending.

The narrative really through you in for a loop on what really means to be human. Subtle/environmental storytelling was definitely top notch with a very thought provoking themes that isn't in your face and need multiple play throughs to really see how much this story can bend.

On my first play through. I didn't know the stun gun could turn on computers or the gloo gun block electrical junction. You can destroy January and follow December through the rest of the game.

It has so many branching paths and hopefully this game can get nominated for level design, and music/sound design awards at the end of the year.

May favorite one is when they complain that it isn't Prey 2 that they want released like 10 fukking years ago with bounty hunter shyt. Get over it. Crying over a 10 year cancel game and get butthurt over using title to a mediocre game. fukk, a cancelled sequel has more fame than the mediocre original. Entitled crybaby gamers shame this game from the beginning.

This is a tragic fact, because no one can tell me this and WD2 aren't great games. WS is a bytch .

You know I don't understand why these new IP's or lesser know studious don't just hold Their games until June,July or august. That's the only time of the year where there are no major titles. Why put your game out on the heels of other popular games? And isn't this the same studio that makes dishonered? That game joust dropped they should have at least waited until a year later

This game's so legit, genuinely enjoying all exploring all the side missions, levelled up a bit so now mindjack, psychoshock & that max Payne bullet time skill makes the combat a lot more favorable.

I'm still shook of that nightmare ting that pops up every now and then
