ya so obviously just have some kind of beef or jealousy with dominicans on this forum that it isnt even worth discussing your fake outrage anymore.

i have been here 2 years and i swear on my unborn daughter's life, there has been AT LEAST 25 platinum anti-dominican threads on this shyt.

if it wasnt for that fact, i would pause and calmly discuss this shyt with ya the way @gonzo8402 been doing and the way i used to do. ya outrage is so fukking fake that it isnt even worth it tho.

27 page thread about dominicans enforcing a new immigration law and deporting haitians with a handful of instances of violence from ignorant ass country dominicans towards haitians.

but nobody gives a fukk about all the crazy violent shyt that happens in africa. like the anti-immigrant violence going on in south africa.

"no no. its ok. black people only commit atrocities against each other because of cacs. its not our fault.

unless u dominican. then u scum because well idk, sammy sosa n trujillo n shyt."

or what about the article about indentured servitude IN haiti?

"i wish somebody would pay for MY college to do some dishes" - actual paraphrased quote from some coli members

but if anybody with slightly less melanin does anything mean to black people

27 page platinum thread

:snoop:

i cant wait til i start my new job and dont have no time for this forum. right now shyt is just a disgusting habit i have when im bored like biting my nails or sticking my fingers down the crack of my ass to see what it smells like.

:dead:

I made a thread about modern day slavery, and condemned black countries for allowing it, so miss me with the pity party:comeon:

Like I've been saying. Thank God the DR is an open, democratic, just, and verdant society.

If this was done because of political pressure, it was not because of the recent outcry.

After the Constitutional Court decision, and the subsequent reaction, internally and externally, the DR passed law 169-14. Once they had that plan in place they began to revise the current National Registry as requested by the court and have now released the list of people who are getting Regularized under the new law.

So, the law was, indeed, done for good reason. Without it, the Constitutional Court decision would stand and there'd be 500k+ pending deportations.
Yes.

Btw, the TC ruling 68-13 isn't a law, it's just a confirmation of a law that already existed decades and decades ago since 1929. NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKEDNOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED, NOBODY IS HAVING THEIR CITIZENSHIP REVOKED

Not only that, but those people now have more rights than they used to. Now they can vote and actively participate in political issues of DR.

No, what I'm saying is D.R. has been proven to violate human rights, this law is just a new way for them to avoid going through that again, but I can bet someone will try to take them to court again. They just need time to build up a case.

Being that they already have human rights violations on their record, it makes it much easier to prove that the government is corrupt. If an investor has enough money, they can easily take over the island using the GUILTY verdict. I doubt the government will want to take the chance of being found guilty again, and that is how the country will be changed. You don't live there, so it really isn't bad for you, but for the poor people there, this law, the way it has caused to country to look, and the pass verdicts, all can be used to take over the country.

I've been saying all along that the execution of the law is the key. The law isn't bad, and as long as they implement it as they've reassured everyone that they will implement it nothing is going to happen.

Nothing in the reality of this Plan of Regularization has given you or anyone else any reason to think that the DR government is going to start violating human rights with the implementation of this law.

And please, when we talk about this Plan let's include Haiti in the discourse. They neglected their citizens that were trying to get the necessary documents, they are cutting markets and food supplies up in the north, and they have sent mixed signals are to whether or not they will honor their Constitution.

edit: @88m3 your thread in HL was a dud and you're in here dapping a few things...lol. Have you been convinced by the facts of the day that alls well in Hipaniola?

Isn't that how all laws go:upsetfavre:

They all "sound" good, its how they are executed that show their true colors. You seem like you have some sense, so you should know this.

Anyway, just remember what I wrote. If they get taken to court for this or even threatened of it, watch how slowly the people their will be shytted on. D.R. is a rich land, and can be turned into a tropical oasis. You don't think investors have been looking for ways to take the land? Trust me, this shyt is going to be the thing they need to get the ball rolling. Only time will tell, but because I know how these people think, in about 2-3 years, you will see the citizens(not Haitians decendents) complaint of being classed out, just like what has happened in Puerto Rico, and major cities in the U.S.

D.R. has proven to be corrupt, and that means once they see some real money, they WILL sell out their people. You'll see.

You have no idea how money works. I explained it for you, and you come back with some shyt that comes out of a movie.

They stood idle because its a bigger picture, and that was to take over the land, and even then they had to take!notice after people complained. But, the bigger picture is to slowly take the land. Why do you think the genocide was happenimg? It was investors using arab militants to scare people away from the land. The difference between D.R., and there, is this is the west, you can't do something like that unless you are an idiot, but there are other ways.

You laugh, just like everyone in NYC in the late 90's, when they saw the little changes coming, and thought whites would never live in those areas. All you had to do was look at the prices of the real estate, the presence of the police, and the fixing up of properties. It was all in your face. Keep laughing.

The dominican government has been selling out its own people since a very long time ago. Fixing this immigration issue is the first attempt of the dominican government in a long time, to actually protect its people from the haitianization of this side of the island. And its because the dominican people have been imploring this to the government for quite some time.

And with haitianization im NOT referring to ANYTHING that has to do with race.

That's because that is how take overs work. Corporate world is no different from the streets. You outprice the people in the land that you want, and for some reason gentrification is taking over the places blacks, and latins live. For example, a lot of Latin communities are about to be taken over, and this immigration issue is going to be used to have it happen. They already got the black areas, but now they need the Latin areas because the goal is to take the whole city, and move blacks, and latins to the outskirts. They will do this with taxes, overpricing, and image.
