I respect you teaching me about D.R. history as it relates to Haitians, but this statement is one of the dumbest shyt I ever heard from someone who isn't white, and has black blood.

If Dominicans think like you in D.R., then I have to admit they are sambos, and c00ns.

First of all I never heard of black supremacy, Afrocentrism has nothing to do with black supremacy. Afrocentrism is a counteract to the bullshyt that comes from white supremacy. And if you believe Afrocentrism, which is nothing but learning about yourself, and your true history, is the same as white supremacy, I can see why you have no idea what racism is, and making up excuses why y'all are shytting on Haitians.

I feel sorry for what will happen to y'all because all this shyt is written down, and recorded, so y'all may get the win now, but your kids, and their kids will suffer for y'all foul ways. This has absolutely nothing to do with race, its just that we have 2 million haitians living in our country using our resources and we have done nothing to address the issue. The only country that has helped Haiti is DR, not even USA. All they did was a big show like they always do.

First of all, slavery in DR wasn't as brutal, the french and the english were way more cruel to their slaves than the spanish, also the colony of Santo Domingo was very very very poor, to the point where white spanish masters were living in the same conditions as their black slaves.

Spain basically abandoned Santo Domingo, which is why José Núñez de Cáceres led an independant movement to expel the spanish crown out of the country, he called it "Spanish Haiti", but that only lasted a couple of months before Jean Pierre Boyer invaded "Spanish Haiti" (actual Dominican Republic) with his black supremacy ideology, and started slaughtering every dominican that did not have STRONG AFRICAN FEATURES.

It was a brutal and degrading regime, where haitians robbed, raped and killed many dominicans barbarically just because the mulatto dominican population reminded them of their french masters. They closed the only dominican university, broke relations with the catholic church and prohibited the spanish language. That is without mentioning the strong taxation that was imposed on the dominican population to help Haiti pay its compensation to France. It was fukked up. So don't talk to me about being thankful, Haiti should be thankful to us, because all we have done is help that God forsaken country.

Haitians are horrible backstabbing people who are not worth helping. The type of people that would chop the hand that feeds them with an electric chainsaw if they could.

First, i was correcting the jamaican guy that thinks he know about dominican history, and second, history should never be forgotten, otherwise it will repeat itself. Haitians still hate DR, it comes way back from 200 years ago, but in 2015 they hate DR just like they did in 1822.

Breh, the 250K blacks/Haitians in question constitute 2% of the entire DR population.

My point stands: there are alternate, less restrictive measures that wouldn't be so taxing on DR (if its genuine concern was to protect its identity). The fact they admitted to doing this for "ethnic cleansing" shows the DR's ulterior motive.
