I actually agree with him that war is good. It keeps everyone on their toes and reminds us that we need to protect what we hold dear, lest it be taken away from opposing forces. It must be the right war though, not *any* war.

Remember I said it's good to fight the right war, not any war. But still wars are good because it gives countries' combat experience to prepare for upcoming wars, which always occur. The more war ready you are the better off you'll be. Those countries who don't fight lose to those that do. This is human history in a nutshell.

But it's an inevitability in a fractious world where powers collide. There is only ever one power who ultimately rules and war decides who that power becomes. War only ends when that power is decided as it has been decided in many places, for better or worse. Until the next war. Right now, nuclear weapons are the only reason nations aren't at peace right. In essence war maintains peace. Israel maintains its peace through pointing a end of a rifle at it's enemy''s head. If Israel didn't believe in war it wouldn't exist. And if other counties believe in investing in the "evil' that is war, well, they won't exist either. It's about power. Those who specialize in war become masters. Those who don't become slaves. In such a world I would rather be ready and willing to fight, than cowardly and dismissive of doing so.
