Trump's just stalling to make a play for immunity. He saw Hilary get off scot free for her crimes and he wants the same in exchange for a peaceful transfer of power. And they'll give it to him. These presidents are all puppets who serve the same master. So putting Trump in jail is a risk to his overlords. The powers that be may not want to take that risk. Just look at Epstein.
