The Midwest states have laws that they can only count them on election day. They where afraid they would get swamped so they punted and said they would tally them up after they handled the in person voting. That's why Trump is up so much. Since most of those votes are Dems Biden would make up ground in a hurry. Just look at Virginia he was down 250k and ended up winning it by 350k cuz the fairfax area which is heavily Democrat came in last.
