It's probably unlikely he'll go to jail for crimes committed in office. Cause if that happens, any president is fair game. Past and future. Practically no one wants to lock up a former president because its unprecedented and because of the ramifications. Plus, having a former president in prison is bad for America's reputation. It's bullshyt, but even Biden said he's not gonna pursue charging trump for pretty much those reasons.Tax fraud. He underclaimed his profits while filing for taxes, and then overvalued his assets when applying for loans in order to get more money, and get it at a lower interest rate.
He paid off a porn star with campaign funds raised by taxpayers, which is illegal. His own lawyer will testify on that account.
Besides those, he constantly held events at his properties so foreign diplomats, agents, and guests paid him directly to hold government meetings.
Theres a pretty long list of offenses, but the tax issues has the best chance of being prosecuted, since he would have to be pardoned by NY's governor to avoid a conviction, and that would never happen.
Sadly, any crimes committed by a president can be justified a difficult decision made for the betterment of the country.

Trump's obviously guilty, but he'll proclaim innocence since he won't be getting charged and especially convicted. And his dumbass fans will eat it up while we yell at the sky for them to lock his ass up.
However, they may be able to get trump for crimes he committed outside the presidency. That's a long list in of itself, so we'll just have to see
